OCEANN ENT
If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Appointments are made by calling our office (714) 375-4224 during normal business hours. At this point, you may request new patient forms prior to your first appointment.
Please bring any of your relevant medical records including test results, reports, images, and notes. If you need to request records from another facility, please let our office know so that they can discuss how to best obtain those records. Please bring your current Insurance Card and Identification Card (Driver’s License, State ID, Passport, etc.).
Prescriptions can be requested for renewal during normal business hours. We may require that the patient be seen in our office for evaluation prior to medication renewal.
All office visits are payable at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards and debit cards. Please contact our billing department should you have any financial questions or concerns.
Please be advised that it may take up to 45-60 minutes to wait and see a specialist, which is routine for a sub-specialist in Orange County. Our office is inside the Beach Medical Associates Building on the corner of Beach Blvd and Newman Avenue. This three-story building is handicap-accessible with free parking.
