How to use Nasal Sprays

1. Place nasal spray in one hand, bring to opposite nostril. --> Right hand, Left nostril. Left hand, Right nostril

2. Aim tip of nasal spray outward towards eye away from septum.

3. Spray and breathe in gently. Make sure not to breathe in too deeply – medication should not go down the throat.

4. Repeat for the other side.

*Note: Do not use steroid nasal sprays if you have glaucoma or cataracts.
